If you noticed some orangey fur with the white bands at the neck, they are not stains! He's an intrresting colour, not ur regular vienna marking on solid colour. He is a vienna marked blue otter! Has blue eyes too - not obvious in photo. Natural poser and will stay very stil to take photos. Ears rather round
